This is a brand new cottage built in traditional Bahamian style by Briland master carpenters. It accommodates six people in three double bedrooms, one with twin single beds. There are also two sofa beds in the living areas. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite, a separate guest toilet and a small laundry with a washer/drier which is operated exclusively by the maid. The open kitchen/living area is fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, cook-top, oven and microwave.

The design is deliberately unusual in that it is an upside down house. It has a bright kitchen/living area upstairs with a wide outside covered deck beside a sundeck beyond which offers glimpses of the sea, ideal for inside/outside living. An en-suite master bedroom leads off this kitchen/dining area. The upper floor is completed by a toilet and cupboard space and is accessed either by internal stairs from the front door or by wide external wooden stairs onto the sundeck.

Downstairs there are two spacious bedrooms sharing a bathroom with tub and shower. Both lead out onto a lower covered terrace. Between the two bedrooms is a snug with TV, i-Pod player and an ample stock of books.

The textures of the cottage are soft with pickle finished tongued and grooved wooden ceiling and walls. The internal floor area is about 1,800 sq. ft. It is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in each room. It is connected to the Sunset Harbour Estate Reverse Osmosis water system, and an emergency generator. It also has secure access to the Sunset Harbour Wi-Fi system. To the side of the cottage there is a garage for two carts and storage. To the rear is a small walled garden area. It is a secure property with a locking sliding metal gate on each entrance, and locking hurricane proof windows and doors.
